Mouth Tape is designed for healthy adults who can breathe comfortably through their nose. Do not use it if you have nasal congestion, breathing difficulties, or any condition that affects your airways, and speak to your GP first if you are unsure. The adhesive is designed to peel away easily at any point in the night.
Both tapes use latex-free, skin-safe adhesives designed to remove gently without residue. Many people with sensitive skin use them comfortably, though everyone's skin is different. If you notice any irritation, stop using them and contact us. We will refund you, no questions asked.

Good system, takes some getting used to
Using the mouth tape without the nose tape never made much sense to me. Wearing both with the mask feels like a complete setup.

The full system is comfortable and only takes a minute to put on. One nose tape lifted slightly at the edge during the night, but the rest have stayed in place without any problems.
