Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

UK Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on UK orders over £35. Orders under £35 are charged a flat delivery fee at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days from the date of dispatch. Express delivery options may be available at checkout.

Dispatch Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

International Shipping
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. International shipping will be available in the future.

Delays
Whilst we always aim to deliver within the timeframes stated, delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Lumo Sleep is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other courier services outside of our control.

Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at hello@lumosleep.co and we will investigate immediately.
